Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia; onsite role with overseas travel by request

What you will do
- Monitor product quality for production assembly and test operations at subcontractors.
- Drive quality improvement projects covering CCAR, 8D cycle time, yield, hold lot rate, and disposition cycle time.
- Analyze customer complaints and field reports and verify issues in outgoing products.
- Conduct quality system and process audits and monitor corrective-action effectiveness.
- Establish product quality baselines, specifications, procedures, and document controls.
- Assess subcontractor and supplier quality performance and report to the Quality Manager.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience with power discrete products and/or power management ICs.
- Strong MOSFET product failure analysis and reliability experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in English is required, along with problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and travel overseas when requested.
