SCM Business Analyst (Supply Chain): Analyzing procurement and supply chain datasets, vendor performance, and operational processes for business units in the US and LATAM with an accent on data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Focus on building actionable insights with Power BI, DAX, T-SQL, and Power Query, while supporting sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; based at the Buenos Aires Shared Services Center in Puerto Madero. Relocation and expatriate assignments are not considered.

What you will do
- Analyze large datasets related to the acquisition of goods and services, including contracting, buying, logistics, and materials management.
- Prepare reports and presentations with findings, recommendations, and insights for senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze vendor performance metrics and support sourcing processes and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to support timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain management processes and enable data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and DAX.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading using T-SQL and Power Query/M.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and task-management skills with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataflows.
- Experience using Python for ETL, data analysis, visualization, and automation.
- Supply chain data analytics experience involving ERP systems or GEP SMART.
- Experience with VBA macros, Office Scripts, materials management, or the oil and gas industry.
