Franchise Business Consultant - Arby's(Cincinnati/Dayton Ohio Remote)

Location: Ohio, United States — remote; travel to consult with franchisees is required as needed.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of franchisees and drive sales, profitability, network growth, and operational performance.
• Facilitate annual planning and franchise business reviews, align goals, and coach franchisees on executing commitments.
• Analyze ongoing business data and provide recommendations to guide franchisee priorities and actions.
• Support restaurant remodels and new openings by coordinating with franchisees and construction partners and monitoring milestones.
• Coordinate with marketing and training teams to support operational initiatives, promotions, and franchisee training.
• Conduct restaurant evaluations and complete administrative responsibilities, including oversight of G&A expenses.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations experience.
• Prior leadership experience and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations.
• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, consultation, coaching, planning, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions, develop and execute plans, solve problems collaboratively, and work independently.
• Must be willing to travel based on the needs of the franchisee portfolio.
