Project and Facilities Engineer (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Syracuse, NY, United States. Full-time onsite role with travel as required.

Salary: $101,361–$178,255 annually, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus. Alternative shifts may include a shift premium.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage technical engineering projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, and closeout.
• Lead project delivery and beta-site initiatives, serving as the technical owner from concept through implementation.
• Prepare, review, and certify engineering plans, specifications, site plans, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, process engineering, EHSS, contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee MEP systems and equipment installations, including UPS systems, generators, and HVAC.
• Manage vendor performance, project risks, safety compliance, and facility or process retrofits supporting sustainability and chemical elimination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering or management, process implementation and qualification, and environmental, health, and safety matters.
• 3–5 years of project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Fully fluent in CAD.
• Must comply with US export control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies. Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
