Senior Customer Success Manager - Treasury Accounts (Fintech SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise governmental treasury customers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, understand value drivers, and monitor account health.
• Engage customers throughout the lifecycle through phone, email, and online sessions.
• Educate customers on new functionality and drive adoption of the hirify.global product suite.
• Lead retention efforts before renewal, identify expansion opportunities with account management, and mitigate churn risks.
• Represent customer feedback internally and partner with the product team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in public finance or treasury-related work.
• 4+ years of relevant industry or fintech SaaS experience.
• Accounting or finance background.
• Experience with ChurnZero or another customer success management platform, with strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to become a product expert in cash, investments, and debt.
