Location: Remote, with the role associated with Lorton, Virginia, USA; occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
Salary: $112,800β$257,000 annualized USD.

What you will do
- Engage DoD Special Operations stakeholders and define operational problems, use cases, requirements, and expected solution impacts.
- Create solution architecture views, including operational viewpoint OV-1, and map task lists to prototype capabilities.
- Develop AI-enabled decision aids for Conventional and Special Operations medics.
- Develop AI-enabled tools to improve mass-casualty triage, resource allocation, and survivability.
- Gather feedback, prioritize product development resources, and oversee an experimentation roadmap.
- Advise Product Manager, Engineering, and Software Development teams while producing white papers, proposals, briefings, presentations, and solution materials.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with the Air Force, Army, or Navy, including combat arms and material development organizations.
- Experience with GCC or ASCC-level planning for medical evacuation and logistics, including aeromedical transport considerations.
- Experience with modeling and simulation tools such as STK and VBS.
- Knowledge of Prolonged Casualty Care or Prolonged Field Care, DoD acquisitions, and fielding strategies.
- Active Secret clearance is required; eligibility for access to classified information is necessary.
- Bachelorβs degree and ability to create and maintain solution intellectual capital.
Nice to have
- Training Management experience, including course and schedule development.
- Experience with material development and project management.
- Knowledge of emerging and experimental medical treatment technologies for Conventional and Special Operations missions.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Masterβs degree.
