Salary: $113,000–$144,000 annually, plus a bonus opportunity.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end curriculum development, including needs assessment, competency mapping, learning path design, content creation, pilot delivery, evaluation, and improvement.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations subject matter experts to convert complex technical concepts into role-based learning.
- Build curricula covering manufacturing processes, semiconductor equipment, system architecture, and hardware-software interactions.
- Develop onboarding, new product introduction, cross-training, certification, and career development programs.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, skills validation, learner feedback, and business performance indicators.
- Modernize training content and maintain learning management system materials, documentation, and curriculum governance for compliance and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical education, instructional design, manufacturing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
- Experience developing technical training in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a comparable environment.
- Experience designing and implementing curriculum, certification, or workforce development programs.
- Experience delivering instructor-led technical training to manufacturing, engineering, or field service audiences.
- Proficiency with curriculum architecture, competency-based training, ADDIE or SAM, training needs analysis, effectiveness measurement, Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and digital content tools.
