Education and Events Executive (Beauty Retail)

Location: UK and Ireland, with extensive travel across the UKI

What you will do

• Support training sessions for in-store teams covering makeup artistry, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Deliver in-store demonstrations, practical workshops, coaching, feedback, and trade tests to improve artistry skills.
• Visit stores regularly to observe team performance, identify skill gaps, and support continuous development.
• Assist with product launch training and execute in-store events, promotions, and showcase activations.
• Track training progress, Ed App learning, e-module completion, and store compliance.
• Collaborate with Education and Area Managers, retailers, and store stakeholders to align training and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in training or coaching, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Proven makeup artistry experience supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, action-oriented, adaptable, creative, and passionate about beauty and continuous learning.
