TL;DR
Senior Financial Analyst, Travel & Expense Management (Corporate Travel and Finance): Supporting and optimizing Versant’s global corporate and production travel program across air, hotel, and ground transportation with an accent on policy compliance, supplier coordination, traveler support, and spend analysis. Focus on auditing booking data, identifying savings opportunities, managing travel controls, and improving traveler safety and service delivery.
Location: Hybrid, generally working from the Orlando, Florida office at least three days per week

What you will do
- Support daily corporate and production travel operations with the Travel Management Company and serve as a resource for employee travel inquiries.
- Manage traveler profiles, booking-platform data, travel policies, SOPs, FAQs, communications, and training materials.
- Coordinate hotel RFP activities, including demand analysis, supplier engagement, rate negotiations, and rate loading.
- Monitor policy compliance, supplier rates, out-of-policy bookings, unused tickets, travel credits, and related controls.
- Analyze travel spend, supplier performance, traveler satisfaction, and program metrics to identify savings and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries while coordinating with Finance, HR, Procurement, Security, Communications, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, corporate or production travel planning, or a related area.
- Experience with online booking and expense management tools and working with Travel Management Companies.
- Strong understanding of corporate air, hotel, and ground travel programs, policies, reporting, supplier management, and duty-of-care processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to contribute from the Orlando office at least three days per week in the hybrid arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience in media and entertainment, production travel, or multinational organizations.
- Experience with travel risk management and benchmarking travel program performance.
