What you will do

• Evaluate business processes using operational data trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define business process requirements, develop solutions, and implement improvements that increase data content and business value.
• Manage projects involving data aggregation and custom data solutions.
• Generate reports and conduct data analysis.
• Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to document processes, train offshore resources, and standardize operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma and a bachelor's degree, or 3–5 years of directly related experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in data and business analysis.
• Strong analytical, data management, business acumen, product management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to determine root causes, translate business needs into application and operational requirements, and develop data metrics and audit procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills, including experience working with clients, vendors, and offshore partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent problems.
