Digital Channels Product Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the selection, design, development, promotion, and continuous improvement of digital banking experiences.
• Assist with online account onboarding, account access platforms, card and payment services, and related digital solutions.
• Analyze digital experience performance, market trends, business results, and customer behavior to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate quality assessments, testing, defect remediation, risk management, compliance, and audit support.
• Help evaluate vendors, administer service contracts, and maintain platform configurations and reporting capabilities.
• Document complex solutions, system data mappings, implementation plans, and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of related professional experience, including experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of digital channels, payments, banking practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
