What you will do
- Execute local market access strategies covering pricing, reimbursement, and patient access throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on pricing and reimbursement applications in line with local regulatory, reimbursement, and HTA requirements.
- Support launch planning, submission readiness, lifecycle management, health economic reassessments, dossier renewals, and pricing updates.
- Monitor healthcare developments, identify market access risks and opportunities, and translate findings into business and forecast recommendations.
- Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders and collaborate with regional, global, and cross-functional partners.
- Coordinate corporate communications, digital channels, disease awareness activities, external vendors, and assigned operational projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Health Economics, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline, with relevant professional experience.
- Experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, HEOR, healthcare consulting, or a related field.
- Understanding of the local healthcare system, reimbursement environment, payer decision-making, and healthcare legislation.
- Strong project management, analytical, quantitative, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across functions in a matrix organization.
- Fluency in English and the local language is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with value dossiers, health economic models, HTA processes, or reimbursement maintenance activities.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, healthcare consultancy, payer organizations, HTA agencies, or similar healthcare environments.
- Experience with corporate communications, digital communication channels, disease awareness, or patient advocacy initiatives.
