TL;DR
Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS): Building and operating foundational multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP with an accent on landing zones, identity, networking, governance, and disaster recovery. Focus on designing reusable Terraform modules, private and zero-trust connectivity, self-service capabilities, and secure AI-assisted infrastructure automation.

What you will do
- Own and evolve a multi-account AWS landing zone using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, AFT, service control policies, tagging standards, and permission boundaries.
- Extend governance, security controls, observability, backup, and operational standards across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Design cloud identity, access management, networking, private connectivity, DNS, and zero-trust infrastructure.
- Build self-service account and environment provisioning capabilities and reusable Terraform/Terragrunt modules.
- Design backup, restore, disaster recovery, immutable backups, and ransomware-resistant protection across regions and accounts.
- Develop infrastructure CI/CD automation, remediate security findings, optimize cloud costs, and improve CloudOps workflows with AI coding agents.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4–5+ years of hands-on public cloud experience, including significant AWS experience and production experience with Azure or GCP.
- 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or Terragrunt, including reusable modules consumed by engineering teams.
- Experience with AWS Organizations, multi-account architecture, Control Tower or comparable landing zones, IAM, SSO, SAML, SCIM, networking, CI/CD, scripting, Linux, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI coding agents or AI-assisted development tools and the ability to validate generated infrastructure for security and operational risks.
- Advanced English proficiency, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and residence in Brazil are required.
Nice to have
- AWS Control Tower, AFT, IPAM, Transit Gateway, Cloud WAN, multi-cloud governance, immutable backups, and zero-trust networking.
- Experience with managed data platforms, cloud security platforms, Cloudflare, PKI, agentic automation, MCP servers, FinOps, SOC 2, or GitHub organization administration.
- Relevant AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, or Kubernetes certifications.
