Manager, BD Operations, DZMG (Business Development Operations)

What you will do

• Establish and improve opportunity sourcing, qualification, stage progression, pipeline management, and performance measurement processes.
• Own Salesforce opportunity management, including data standards, dashboards, reporting, workflows, pipeline integrity, and user support.
• Facilitate recurring pipeline, business development, and strategy reviews with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze pipeline trends, gaps, risks, and metrics to improve decision-making, forecast quality, and growth performance.
• Coordinate customer conferences and industry events, including objectives, participation, meetings, logistics, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, a technical discipline, or equivalent related experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in business development operations, sales operations, growth operations, CRM administration, business analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce or comparable CRM experience covering opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and user adoption.
• Knowledge of business development lifecycle processes, including qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Ability to analyze data, improve processes, facilitate reviews, coordinate stakeholders, and support user enablement.
• Ability to regularly perform job functions at the company office or work site and travel up to 30% as business needs require.
• Complex written and spoken English communication skills are required.
