What you will do
- Lead the global PLM transformation initiative and serve as the business subject matter expert for PTC Windchill.
- Deploy, optimize, and support Windchill and related engineering systems across multiple business units.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve workflows, product development, engineering change, and product release processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CAD/PLM solutions and data management strategies.
- Integrate PLM with ERP and broader enterprise systems while driving continuous improvement and user adoption.
- Lead training initiatives and mentor engineering systems team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience administering, optimizing, and supporting PTC Windchill and engineering systems.
- Experience gathering business requirements and delivering scalable CAD/PLM solutions.
- Experience supporting product development, engineering change management, and product release processes.
- Strong project leadership, communication, training, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues in a global environment.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of PLM experience, including 5+ years as a Windchill Solution Architect or similar specialist.
- Experience with ThingWorx, MPM Link, Options & Variants, SUMA, and Creo.
- Knowledge of SAP, PLM/CAD/ERP integrations, and other enterprise business systems.
- Expertise in organizational change management techniques.
