Senior Associate, Portfolio Analytics (Private Equity/Data Governance): Leading third-party vendor oversight and evolving portfolio analytics operating models with an accent on financial document analysis, data quality, and process improvement. Focus on strengthening governance, validating vendor output, improving workflows, and building scalable data management practices across global teams.
Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement with regular office attendance and 18 remote workdays per quarter
Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and additional reward programs.

What you will do
- Lead governance meetings and oversee third-party vendor partnerships, primarily Acuity Analytics.
- Review engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Act as a primary contact for vendor queries and coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Document evolving workflows and recommend practical, data-driven process improvements.
- Partner with technology and data teams to improve automation, workflows, and system integration.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, sampling reviews, vendor risk controls, and operational continuity.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in financial services, operations, data management, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and investment schedules.
- Background in private markets, portfolio analytics, due diligence, or related financial operations.
- Knowledge of performance indicators, data governance, data quality controls, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience working with quantitative or data-driven teams and managing unstructured processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with private equity or alternative investment contexts.
- Experience with SharePoint, eFront, S&P Capital IQ, PitchBook, or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate.
- MBA or other advanced credentials.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors or global teams.
