Hourly rate: $20.51–$33.34, plus an advertised sign-on bonus of up to $7,500

What you will do

• Perform complete vehicle paint applications, including color matching and paint mixing.
• Carry out minor surface repairs, sanding, and grinding.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces and maintain hirify.global paint-quality standards.
• Follow standardized work processes and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, efficient working condition.
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Requirements

• Complete hirify.global New Associate Orientation Training – Operations.
• Meet performance standards and workstation certification requirements for related roles.
• Apply paint effectively, distinguish colors accurately, and read, interpret, and record data.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection and remain clean-shaven to wear a half-face respirator.
