Focus on analyzing product issues, using SQL and Python for troubleshooting, monitoring live events, and coordinating with global teams and third-party providers.

What you will do
- Respond to and resolve live streaming issues escalated by customer support.
- Analyze and troubleshoot streaming problems affecting live and non-live content.
- Set up, check, and continuously monitor live sporting events.
- Communicate with clients, third-party providers, and global internal teams using Skype and other internal tools.
- Contribute to daily monitoring and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support, service, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Postman for API calls, and Grafana.
- Professional fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly across global teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical education or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and ownership-driven approach.

- Experience collaborating with distributed, international teams.
- Availability to support a 24/7 environment, including weekends when required.
