Lead Assessor - Nuclear (ISO 19443)

Location: Lyon, France; candidates must be located in Paris, Northern France, or the Lyon area and be willing to travel within France. The role includes onsite and remote assessments at multiple client locations.

What you will do

• Verify ISO 19443 nuclear management systems independently or as part of an assessment team.
• Examine implementation of management systems at client sites through onsite and remote assessments.
• Lead audit teams and manage interactions with international customers.
• Act as a technical expert and address technical and management challenges during audits.
• Support improvements to client management systems and the development of hirify.global services.
• Conduct audits and assessments across multiple client locations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, mathematics, physics, civil works, or quality management.
• At least two years of experience in the nuclear industry and two years of experience with industrial quality management systems.
• IRCA or ICA qualification and experience with nuclear third-party or second-party assessments.
• Knowledge of local law and nuclear regulations, including monitoring and review requirements.
• Strong verbal and written French and English, at C level.
• Ability to complete 180 chargeable days annually, travel within France, and hold a valid Class B driver’s license.
