CX Account Specialist (Semiconductors)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

What you will do

• Process EDI purchase orders and send delivery confirmations to customers.
• Review new delivery requests and coordinate fulfillment with business planners.
• Prepare ad hoc customer quotations and process RMA returns.
• Support accounts receivable collection activities.
• Act as the primary customer contact, manage escalations, and participate in customer conference calls.
• Provide support to the Sales function when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of EDI.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
