Salary: $70,304 annualized, paid bi-weekly.

What you will do

• Research and prepare materials for pitch books, memorandums, presentations, and other projects.
• Develop financial modules for client-specific analyses.
• Support deal teams working on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and other advisory services.
• Collaborate with peer analysts, senior investment bankers, and managing directors.
• Support client relations and business development activities.
• Maintain contact and deal databases and assist with day-to-day deal team responsibilities.

Requirements

• Junior in college and graduating in the Class of 2028.
• Open to all majors with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• General financial knowledge and interest in financial modeling, macroeconomics, and current events.
• Strong judgment, discretion, teamwork skills, self-motivation, and work ethic; flexibility to work long hours, nights, and weekends when needed.
