Business Manager (Cosmetics)

Location: Harrods Knightsbridge, Knightsbridge, England, United Kingdom. Full-time, five days and 40 hours per week, with weekend availability required.

What you will do

• Achieve sales goals while delivering high levels of client service.
• Present and sell products through expert makeup applications.
• Develop the client base through consistent follow-up.
• Manage counter systems, including daily sales analysis, product orders, tester replacement, and monthly product returns.
• Submit the monthly counter schedule and manage a 30-hour resident makeup artist.
• Plan seasonal strategies and store events with the supervisor while building relationships across the cosmetics department and store.

Requirements

• Experience in retail cosmetics management.
• Excellent makeup artistry and sales skills.
• Effective communication with clients, peers, and management.
• Experience analysing sales results, forecasting, and planning promotions.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard, standard telephone, and related business equipment.
• Availability to work weekends is required.
