Salary: $107,200–$160,800 per year

What you will do
- Develop technical solution architectures, concepts of operation, and implementation strategies for munitions and related defense technologies.
- Lead technical content for capture efforts, white papers, RFIs, Sources Sought responses, proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Engage customer technical organizations, laboratories, operational users, suppliers, universities, and industry partners.
- Identify emerging technologies, teaming opportunities, and capabilities that strengthen business development pursuits.
- Evaluate feasibility, cost drivers, schedules, integration risks, and execution handoff requirements.
- Coordinate engineering, operations, program, proposal, supplier, and partner inputs through influence rather than direct supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physical sciences, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive engineering, systems architecture, technical solution development, or related technical experience.
- At least 5 years supporting complex government, defense, or munitions business development pursuits.
- Expert knowledge of engineering, systems architecture, and technical solution development methods.
- Strong technical communication skills for complex documents, proposals, presentations, diagrams, and demonstrations in English.
- Ability to regularly perform job functions at the company’s office or work site and travel up to 30%.
