Supply Network Coordinator (Elastomers)

Location: Krakow, Poland. Hybrid working model with up to 2 days per week from home after onboarding and manager approval; the role is based at hirify.global Global Business Services in Krakow.

What you will do

• Coordinate the supply network between production sites and downstream entities across the EAME region.
• Manage product allocation and replenishment while balancing customer service levels and inventory targets.
• Align supply plans with demand forecasts, sales orders, and production capabilities.
• Monitor supply flows, identify bottlenecks and disruptions, and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate communication between Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Account Managers, and production entities.
• Support network optimization, distribution flow improvements, stocking strategy changes, and New Product Introduction activities.

Requirements

• Experience in transport planning, logistics, purchasing, supply planning, distribution operations, or a related supply chain environment.
• Strong administrative, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• German or Italian language skills.
