Location: Hybrid, with San Francisco, CA as the primary location; remote flexibility is available within the United States.

What you will do
- Monitor live AI agent pipelines, identify errors and edge cases, and intervene when human judgment is required.
- Handle senior-candidate conversations, compensation negotiations, complex objections, offers, and final-stage placement activities.
- Review and label agent responses and create training examples to improve AI performance.
- Audit candidate matching, outreach quality, and conversion rates across high-volume recruiting touchpoints.
- Document effective processes and build SOPs and playbooks for human-agent collaboration at scale.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent operations, recruitment, or sourcing at early-stage technology startups.
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI or large language model output quality and identifying model limitations.
- Experience designing and optimizing end-to-end recruitment workflows and managing high-volume candidate pipelines.
- Ability to close placements and conduct final-stage candidate conversations, including offer negotiations.
- Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, A/B testing, conversion-rate analysis, and structured feedback for AI or ML systems.
- Mid-career, operator-level profile with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, React, Node, PostgreSQL, or Supabase.
- Experience in AI/ML-focused environments and process documentation or SOP creation.
