What you will do
- Execute material compliance activities for global regulations including Prop 65, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, and PFAS.
- Evaluate bills of materials, components, materials, and supplier-provided data to identify compliance status and risks.
- Support compliance requirements across new product development and sustaining product initiatives.
- Interpret regulations and prepare declarations, reports, compliance documentation, and supporting records.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on products, materials, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, laboratories, regulatory organizations, engineering, sourcing, and quality teams to verify and resolve compliance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in compliance testing, regulatory compliance, sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of material compliance regulations and the ability to interpret regulatory frameworks and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%; visa sponsorship is not available.
