Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States, remote

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for the Cash Advance product and other Banking features.
• Design and ship the next phase of Cash Advance as the product scales.
• Understand customer pain points, define requirements, and deliver product features.
• Use quantitative analysis to optimize conversion, limits, repayment, fee structures, and unit economics.
• Collaborate with analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing teams.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or consumer lending product.
• Ability to work with product mechanics including limits, repayment, and fees.
• Experience operating independently with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong analytical skills and experience partnering with data and risk teams on unit economics.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Must be based in the United States.
