TL;DR
Senior .NET Developer (AI/backend): Building and integrating complex back-end services and APIs using C#, ADO.NET, SQL Server, SOAP, and REST with an accent on reliability, database performance, and software design patterns. Focus on evolving integrations, troubleshooting service issues, contributing to CI/CD workflows, and mentoring junior developers.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services with C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs using best practices and versioning standards.
- Improve service reliability through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Integrate systems and services using software design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows and apply emerging technologies to improve development efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Solid ADO.NET and SQL Server experience, including database design and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with SOAP and RESTful services.
- Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization, software design patterns, and development best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in multicultural, fast-paced teams.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic software development approaches.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
