What you will do
- Achieve sales goals while delivering high levels of client service.
- Present and sell products through expert makeup applications.
- Build the client base through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Manage daily sales analysis, product orders, tester replacement, and monthly product returns.
- Submit monthly counter schedules and manage a resident makeup artist.
- Partner with the supervisor on seasonal strategies, store events, and brand ambassador activities.
Requirements
- Experience in retail cosmetics management.
- Excellent makeup artistry and sales skills.
- Effective communication with clients, peers, and management.
- Experience analyzing sales results, preparing forecasts, and planning promotions.
- Ability to use standard business equipment, including a computer keyboard and telephone.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
