Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States — based at the headquarters
Annual pay range: $110,544–$172,725. Annual bonus target: 11%.

What you will do
- Develop and lead global sourcing strategies for direct-material categories, including precious metals, catalysts, hydrofluorocarbons, and other critical raw materials.
- Partner with commercial operations, supply chain, site leadership, and business stakeholders on forecasting, requirements, supply risk, and category planning.
- Lead negotiations, bidding strategies, RFX processes, supplier selection, and procurement agreements to improve total cost and supply reliability.
- Manage contract implementation, legal and financial reviews, supplier performance, compliance, KPIs, and value delivery.
- Analyze spend, market trends, production routes, supplier shares, chemical indices, cost models, and purchasing data to identify opportunities.
- Mentor Associate Category Managers in category management, supplier management, supply risk, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience procuring or managing categories in the chemical industry.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing or supply chain management, including category management, vendor management, supplier relationship management, supply risk, regulatory compliance, and segmentation.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, business analysis, market research, financial analysis, cost modeling, and supplier performance management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, internet applications, and business reporting.
- Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant sponsorship, is not available.
Nice to have
- MBA or supply chain certification.
- Experience with Source-to-Pay software such as GEP, Ariba, or Keelvar.
- Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA or an equivalent ERP system.
- Experience with reverse auctions, eSourcing, or other Go-to-Market strategies.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
