Technical Product Manager (Protocol Analytics & Customer Solutions) (Financial Markets Analytics): Shaping protocol and analytics capabilities that turn packet-derived data into insights for trading infrastructure and market data environments with an accent on customer discovery, exchange-driven changes, and technical product requirements. Focus on prioritising protocol enhancements, translating complex customer problems into actionable engineering requirements, and solving observability challenges across global financial markets.
Location: Hybrid in Dublin or Krakow, with weekly time in the office. Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events. The role supports stakeholders across EMEA, USA, and APAC.

What you will do
- Prioritize exchange-driven protocol changes and customer-requested enhancements against commercial value and long-term product direction.
- Translate customer protocol and analytics problems into differentiated product opportunities.
- Work with customers and Sales Engineering during opportunities, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Write actionable engineering requirements covering expected behavior, technical context, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Support and Engineering to investigate enquiries, identify recurring patterns, and develop analytics and usability improvements.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, trade-offs, and delivery status to Sales, Support, Engineering, and leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols including Ethernet, IP, TCP, and UDP.
- Knowledge of application protocols and observability concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to turn technical discussions into clear requirements and work effectively with ambiguity and frequent reprioritization.
- Financial markets or trading technology experience is advantageous.
