Senior Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Onsite in Carrollton, Georgia, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Provide nursing care to client employees and their dependents at the health center.
• Assess clinical staff nursing care, documentation, policy compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create orientation and clinical training materials; coach, retrain, and educate clinical staff.
• Support operational, productivity, quality, and client-service standards and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the EMR site super-user, troubleshooting data-entry issues and improving clinical workflows.
• Maintain safe clinical operations, medical equipment readiness, supplies inventory, and site procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing-accredited program, with an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Licensed by the state where services are provided as a Practical Nurse.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• At least five years of clinical experience as an LPN in primary or ambulatory care, occupational health, or an emergency department.
• Strong clinical background; primary care experience is preferred.
