Focus on developing category strategies, negotiating agreements, driving Procure-to-Pay compliance, and delivering savings and efficiency improvements across multiple initiatives.

What you will do

  • Manage direct and indirect procurement categories covering terminal maintenance, engineering works, capital projects, logistics, professional services, packaging, and general services.
  • Conduct supply market analysis, benchmarking, category planning, and annual contracting plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop strategic sourcing and negotiation strategies to achieve sustainable cost savings and competitive supplier agreements.
  • Write and implement contracts, integrate key suppliers, and oversee agreement transition plans.
  • Monitor supplier performance, manage ongoing supplier relationships, and track annual cost improvement targets.
  • Advise stakeholders on procurement policies, drive Procure-to-Pay compliance and training, and support regional cost-management and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of procurement experience.
  • Experience in category planning, contract management, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial and financial analysis, analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of total cost of ownership, should-cost modeling, and other category management techniques.
  • Experience in a terminal or blend plant environment is advantageous; SAP and e-procurement knowledge is a plus.
