Pharmacy Operations Lead

Location: Newark, Delaware, United States. Onsite distribution-center role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST.

Salary: $21–$31 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location, with eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily receiving activities and ensure inbound shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage workload distribution, staffing priorities, dock operations, and product flow throughout the facility.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, location audits, product movement, and expiration monitoring.
• Investigate inventory variances, discrepancies, damages, and shipment exceptions, identifying corrective actions with leadership.
• Provide daily direction, training, coaching, onboarding, and cross-training for Receiving and Inventory associates.
• Track productivity, quality, and service metrics while supporting audits, continuous improvement, safety, 5S, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience with receiving operations, inventory management, or distribution-center processes.
• Ability to monitor inventory transactions, investigate variances, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to train, coach, and provide operational direction to associates.
• Ability to ensure the proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Ability to work the stated Monday–Friday EST schedule at the Newark, Delaware distribution center.
