What you will do
- Audit, review, reconcile, and report on restaurant, international, and Support Center payrolls weekly.
- Process end-to-end payroll, including complex off-cycle payments, reversals, overpayments, and duplicate employee merges.
- Research and resolve payroll issues while providing timely support through emails and tickets.
- Execute payroll testing and support payroll tax and international payroll processes.
- Maintain payroll documentation, standard operating procedures, best practices, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Compliance, HR Transformation, Operations, Accounting, Finance, and other business teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Payroll processing experience required.
- Strong computer, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines, follow structured procedures, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during fluctuations in payroll volume.
Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday.
