What you will do

• Achieve sales goals while delivering high levels of client service.
• Present and sell cosmetics through professional consultations and expert makeup applications.
• Build a client base through consistent follow-up and develop relationships across the retailer.
• Manage counter systems, including daily sales analysis, product orders, tester replacement, and monthly product returns.
• Submit monthly counter schedules and manage a resident makeup artist.
• Partner with the supervisor on seasonal strategies, store events, and promotional planning.

Requirements

• Experience in retail cosmetics management.
• Excellent makeup artistry and sales skills.
• Effective communication with clients, peers, and management.
• Ability to analyze sales results, prepare forecasts, and support promotional planning.
• Ability to use standard business equipment and computer systems.
• Availability to work weekends is required.

• Experience coaching makeup artists to deliver high performance.
