2027 Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) (Finance/MedTech): Building finance and accounting expertise through two hands-on rotational assignments supporting MedTech Supply Chain and other Johnson & Johnson businesses with an accent on financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, accounting, treasury, audit, and finance technology. Focus on rapidly analyzing business needs, solving complex finance problems, and developing leadership skills through formal training and coaching.
Location: First rotation in El Paso, Texas / Juarez, Mexico; second rotation requires relocation to a New Jersey or Pennsylvania location. Temporary relocation within the United States is required.
Salary: $87,800/year base pay, with eligibility for performance, sign-on, and/or early incentive bonuses.

What you will do
- Complete an 18-month first rotation supporting the MedTech Supply Chain business in El Paso or Juarez.
- Complete a 12-month second rotation at a New Jersey or Pennsylvania location.
- Work across finance and accounting areas such as financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, supply chain finance, research and development finance, general accounting, treasury, audit, and finance technology.
- Apply financial analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills to hands-on business assignments.
- Complete five weeks of training led by internal and external experts and receive ongoing coaching.
Requirements
- Dual United States and Mexican citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s or fifth-year master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related business field, earned between December 2026 and June 2027.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Permanent, full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working.
- Willingness to temporarily relocate within the United States for a rotation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, and Word.
- Interest in pursuing CMA or CPA certification.
