What you will do
- Manage and sustain aircraft logbooks, aeronautical equipment service records, maintenance files, directives, correspondence, and technical publications.
- Administer and monitor NAMIS, OOMA, FAME, NAVFLIRS, and related remote database systems, including data processing, backups, troubleshooting, secure file transfers, and server upkeep.
- Track aircraft engine data, fatigue life, inspections, inventory, configurations, technical directives, and near-due components.
- Process work requests, parts documentation, daily flight schedules, aircraft status updates, FPRs, and flight crew maintenance paperwork.
- Provide NAMIS training, system instruction, and support to maintenance personnel across multiple locations.
- Support quality assurance inspectors, operation engineers, maintenance status meetings, and the Central Technical Publications Library.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and a valid U.S. passport required.
- Current U.S. Secret Clearance required; active clearance is preferred.
- U.S. Navy or U.S. Air Force maintenance administration course graduation required.
- At least four years of experience with military or NASA electronic maintenance record systems.
- Experience with NALCOMIS, OOMA, CMP, IETMS, and NAMIS is highly desired.
- High school diploma or GED, valid state driver’s license, computer literacy, Office Suite proficiency, reliability, professionalism, and ability to travel.
