Hourly wage: $30.15–$33.65 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on lift trucks, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, material handling equipment, dock equipment, electrical equipment, and other facility equipment.
• Operate powered material handling and battery equipment.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and service industrial equipment batteries, including replacing battery retention plates.
• Complete work orders, records, logs, and computer-based documents according to established procedures.
• Clean and maintain grounds, parking lots, fencing, bathrooms, plumbing, and building facilities.
• Troubleshoot basic visible or obvious equipment problems and assist other maintenance technicians.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience repairing or maintaining mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial or non-industrial setting, or two years of related vocational training.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, associates, and other groups.
• Ability to follow established maintenance, safety, and documentation procedures.
• Ability to work the scheduled 17:00–05:00 shift on Saturday, Sunday, and Friday; schedules may vary.
