Salary: $385,000–$425,000 annually, plus eligibility for an executive incentive plan.

What you will do
- Lead systems, policies, and procedures supporting high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
- Supervise employed physicians and oversee medical staff credentialing, bylaws, and clinical privileges.
- Develop and monitor quality improvement, patient safety, infection control, and utilization management programs.
- Partner with hospital leadership and clinical department chiefs on strategy, budgeting, physician recruitment, and resource planning.
- Oversee continuing medical education and support communications across medical staff, departments, and affiliated organizations.
- Advance medical informatics and lead development of the strategic medical information plan.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree, completed residency, and fellowship where applicable.
- Current medical licensure, board certification, hospital-approved credentials, unrestricted DEA registration, and relevant clinical certifications such as BLS, ACLS, ATLS, or PALS.
- At least 10 years of experience, including five years practicing medicine and five years in key medical staff administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, quality improvement, high-value healthcare, and efficiency measures.
- Leadership, provider engagement, conflict resolution, communication, project management, and resource management skills.
- Experience analyzing clinical quality, care efficiency, and medical management program outcomes.
