What you will do
- Process invoices and receivers for assigned divisions within required timelines.
- Pay vendors through various payment methods according to aged schedules.
- Handle vendor payment requests and reconcile monthly accounts payable reports.
- Scan and maintain historical accounts payable documents digitally.
- Support periodic audits and provide data or documents for special projects.
- Participate in physical inventory audits at various plant locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mathematics skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in South Haven, Michigan, and participate in physical audits at plant locations.
