Infrastructure Solutions Lead

What you will do

• Lead technical due diligence during infrastructure demand intake, clarifying requirements, current-state impact, constraints, dependencies, and next steps.
• Validate feasibility across network, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, IAM, security, resilience, monitoring, service management, and operations.
• Challenge early estimates, cost drivers, resource impacts, dependencies, and delivery sequencing with engineering and operations teams.
• Turn conceptual proposals into secure, resilient, supportable, standards-aligned implementation options.
• Provide technical input to PMO governance gates, intake forums, prioritization reviews, and delivery readiness checkpoints.
• Resolve unclear ownership, unproven assumptions, and service acceptance risks before they affect delivery.

Requirements

• Strong IT infrastructure engineering experience across complex enterprise, hybrid, cloud, and legacy environments.
• Credibility across multiple infrastructure domains and understanding of how platforms, services, applications, controls, and operations connect.
• Practical judgment to distinguish feasible initiatives from proposals requiring further discovery.
• Experience collaborating with architecture, engineering, security, service transition, operations, PMO, and delivery teams.
• Ability to constructively challenge stakeholders and influence decisions without unnecessary governance overhead.
