Salary: $52,300–$78,500 per year

What you will do

  • Support the commercialization of new, reformulated, and cost-optimized beverage products for the US market.
  • Compile commercialization documentation, including meeting recaps, specification manuals, labels, ingredient specifications, and project reports.
  • Assist with bench and production sample reviews alongside Culinary, Marketing, QA, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Evaluate manufacturing capability using measurements and basic laboratory instruments, and manage product evaluation activities.
  • Source and screen potential suppliers, distributors, and co-packers for product innovation and manufacturing support.
  • Maintain shelf-life study, commercialization, and retain-sample tracking, and prepare periodic project status reports.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Food Engineering preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in food product manufacturing, QA, R&D, commercialization, food engineering, or food product development.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements and beverage product commercialization across multiple categories.
  • Computer competency and analytical skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Basic understanding of laboratory equipment such as SightLine, viscometers, and colorimeters.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and relationship-building skills.
