Consultant, Business Delivery - Business Insurance Operations Knowledge Management (AI)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $77,600–$128,000, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Advance content governance practices and information architecture standards to improve knowledge search and retrieval.
• Apply AI prompting and AI-assisted content workflows to improve knowledge creation and delivery.
• Own and steward the Business Insurance Operations knowledge base, keeping content accurate, organized, and current.
• Build relationships with line-of-business stakeholders to ensure contextual accuracy and align solutions with organizational needs.
• Translate business visions into strategies, capabilities, process flows, and customer-facing or analytical solutions.
• Support project delivery, roadmap development, dependency tracking, risk management, and issue escalation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience; 3 or more years preferred.
• Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Experience structuring, governing, and maintaining a knowledge base for a line of business.
• Proficiency in AI prompting and experience with AI-assisted content tools or knowledge management technologies.
• Knowledge of information architecture principles and strong written communication skills.
• Exposure to strategy development, project management, or software delivery, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
