TL;DR
Senior Manager - Data Science (Data Science): Leading multiple data science teams across business domains with an accent on strategic planning, resource allocation, and delivery management. Focus on setting annual goals, building roadmaps with partners, and coaching highly technical staff to support Inspire’s strategic direction.
Location: Atlanta Support Center; onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday–Thursday

What you will do
- Lead professional staff and multiple related data science teams across business domains.
- Set annual team goals and execute plans that drive business unit and center-of-excellence deliverables.
- Manage resource assignment and prioritization across high-impact initiatives.
- Develop annual roadmaps with key functional partners and manage strategic deliverables.
- Define team strategy that informs ’s broader strategic direction.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a STEM field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD in a STEM field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and think strategically.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and manage highly technical full-time employees.
- Ability to lead teams across multiple business domains.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing multiple individual contributors.
