Analyst II, Standard Customer - CL (Retail Analytics)

What you will do

• Develop interactive customer review decks for 42 standard retail customers using actionable insights.
• Analyze Circana, Nielsen, Kantar, Symphony, and in-house data sources to identify relevant customer and category insights.
• Use PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI to create clear, visually engaging, data-driven presentations.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to US stakeholders through effective data storytelling.
• Support sales teams with potential sales projections before retailer reviews and follow up on outcomes and next steps afterward.
• Deliver customer review decks with 100% quality and on-time performance.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in space planning or category management.
• Intermediate expertise in Circana, Nielsen, Kantar, Symphony, and in-house data sources.
• Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Nice to have

• Planogramming experience.
• Experience creating customer review decks or similar data-driven presentations.
• Familiarity with sales projections, category growth strategies, retail, and customer relationship management.
