Senior Manager, Automation & Telecommunications Technology (Hybrid)

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota campus, United States; hybrid arrangement with three office days per week for associates within a 90-minute commute

Estimated base pay: $124,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams supporting enterprise telecommunications, contact center, workflow automation, and intelligent automation platforms.
• Define platform strategy, engineering roadmaps, modernization plans, lifecycle management, and long-term technology direction.
• Ensure platforms remain secure, resilient, highly available, compliant, and operationally effective.
• Lead incident response, problem management, continuous improvement, and standardization of reusable platform capabilities.
• Partner with business, product management, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology leaders to improve customer and associate experiences.
• Manage strategic vendors, managed service providers, budgets, contracts, licensing, and technology investments.

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise engineering organizations and developing technical leaders.
• Success leading enterprise platforms through strategy, engineering, operations, and modernization.
• Experience balancing operational excellence with strategic transformation.
• Strong executive communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing strategic technology vendors and managed service providers.
• Experience with Agile or similar delivery frameworks and secure, resilient enterprise technology platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with RingCentral, NICE CXone, or other enterprise telecommunications and contact center platforms.
• Experience with Pega or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with UiPath or other intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled automation, intelligent document processing, workflow orchestration, or process mining.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
