Ride Technician (Part-Time)

What you will do

• Conduct daily inspections of amusement rides.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled services.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Support a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Provide service to guests and team members while following safe work practices and using personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a park driver's license.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, pass ride competency tests, and obtain certification.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds; walk uphill; and work at heights above 150 feet.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, stand and walk for extended periods, work in extreme weather, and work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
