Location: Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico
What you will do
- Plan assignments and lay out, set up, operate, and adjust manual, numerically controlled, and computerized machine shop equipment.
- Read blueprints, process sheets, and sketches to produce precision metal parts.
- Inspect machining operations and finished work against specified tolerances.
- Communicate with engineers to understand the purpose of part assemblies.
- Identify and repair minor machine malfunctions.
- Determine methods and procedures for complex or new assignments and contribute to machining concepts and techniques.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the specialized machining function.
- Ability to work independently with judgment and initiative.
- Experience working from blueprints, process sheets, and sketches.
- Ability to perform precision machining and inspect work against specified tolerances.
