What you will do

• Upload, organize, and maintain images, videos, multimedia files, and high-resolution editable source materials in the DAM system.
• Implement standardized taxonomy and folder structures and maintain consistent metadata to improve asset searchability and reuse.
• Manage user permissions and access levels while collaborating with IT on data security and integrity.
• Integrate DAM workflows with organizational systems and collaborate with content creators, marketers, Omni, and GBS teams.
• Train users, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot DAM-related issues.
• Conduct audits for copyright and licensing compliance and apply digital asset management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience, including project management and/or operational experience.
• Experience supporting complex processes and handling a high volume of projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed or team environment; biopharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
